Assistant Organizer Role

    • Work in tandem with team members to ensure that the most efficient process is carried out on each job.

    • Space plan to maximize function and efficiency within each space, considering the client's routines/inventory and space layout

    • Be comfortable working in client’s homes and not a traditional 9 to 5.

    • Must be okay with a project-based, part-time work schedule.

    • Must be personable and have a fun, team player attitude.

    • Organize to meet client’s unique needs using the Simply Dare Process.

    • Maintain a professional demeanor on all jobs and act as a representation of the Simply Dare brand.

    • Give first class customer service, putting the needs of the clients before your own.

    • Must be able to stay on task when given a project or task alone.

    • Must be solution-oriented and ability to think outside of the box for creative solutions.

    • Knowledge of organization systems is not required but encouraged.

    • Must be able to separate your emotions from the client.

    • Must have access to reliable transportation.

    • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and have no physical limitations.

    • Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time.

    • Must have strong communication skills

    • Must have iPhone photography skills

    • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

    • Experience working in a client-facing role strongly preferred

    • Professional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

    • Highly organized and skilled in time management

    • Highly accountable and responsible to drive tasks to completion

    • A motivated self-starter who recognizes when to seek out support

    • Ability to learn a variety of organizing techniques and communicate them effectively

    • Part-time, flexible hours. Our sessions in client homes begin at 8:15 am and end between 3-5 pm Monday-Friday. 

    • 2 days per week of availability.

    • Pay rate is $22/hour.

    • This is a 1099 position.

    • Mileage reimbursement for travel jobs over 60 miles RT.

    • Flexibility - you dictate when you work so long as the minimum hourly requirements are met
